Refund policy

Unworn and unused items in original packaging with original receipt may be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Books, CDs, videotapes and vinyl records are not returnable or exchangeable.

Items may be returned in person at the store or mailed to The Tarrytown Music Hall Shop, 9 Main Street, Tarrytown, NY 10591. Purchaser is responsible for all shipping costs. If you are shipping an item over $75, please consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance as we do not guarantee we will receive your returned item.
